Dry Rub Pork Ribs

Dry rubbed pork ribs are the perfect blend of sweet and heat. These ribs are rubbed with our very own blend of spices. The perfect balance of that sweet you want in your bbq with just a hint of spicy to really give it that authentic Cali BBQ flavor profile. For that extra fall off the bone tenderness we smoke them low and slow. When they are done they become pork candy, no sauce needed these ribs are juicy, you can't eat just one!

BBQ Chicken Thighs

Boneless Chicken thighs marinated in our citrus garlic-herb blend and then barbecued over open flame pits giving our chicken a true fresh California flavor profile.

Cali Seasoned Tri-Tip

Angus Tri-Tip rubbed in our very own Nor Cali Original Rub and then BBQ fire seared to perfection for that authentic taste of Cali BBQ at it's finest!

Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

Our Pork is only pulled from the finest cuts, they are rubbed with our Nor Cali HOG blend of spices and given so much love and attention, We low & slow smoke our pork butts on our BBQ Pits for 10 hours until the meat just falls apart, and you get that perfect bark on the outside. We serve our pulled pork with our sauce on the side because this pork is packed full of flavor and so juicy all on it's own. It's excellent, served on a soft roll, with our sauce drizzled on top and it's also the star of any plate just pulled and served with your choice of sides. It's Pork Goodness!

Whole Hog

This beautiful whole hog is the perfect meal for your next big event! This locally raised hog is fresh off the farm, and straight to our pit. It is a beautiful pork dish, cooked low and slow. Available for delivery and local onsite cook. Served perfectly garnished on a bed of lettuce and surrounded by an array of fruit. *Carving service is available with whole hog order. (100 lbs.) feeds 35-45 people

Garlic Herb Pork Tenderloin

Garlic herb pork tenderloin stuffed with a garlic blend of spices, homemade pesto and finely chopped mushrooms. Smoked over oak wood and cut into chops.

Steak

Prime cuts of beef lightly dusted with our Cali steak rub. Grilled and seared over open fire bbq.

Thick Cut Pork Chop

Thick cut juicy chops, smoked and then lightly glazed with our HOG sauce. Your choice Bone-In or Boneless.
