Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Three cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon and smoked on our pits until they are tender and the spice level is rendered down to that perfect cheesy bacon bite.

Smoked Salmon

Whole salmon / smoked & paired with fine soft cheeses, crackers & breads. Served on a beautifully garnished platter

Mixed Veggie Platter

The tray will include an array of mixed vegetables and olives. Served with two dips, ranch and our very own homemade hummus.
