Sliders
Your choice of Pulled Pork or Chopped Chicken, with all sauces and toppings on the side. All of our sliders are served with slider rolls and sliced pickles. Also Three different types of BBQ Sauce on the side including, Sweet, Spicy and Garlic giving your guests lots of choices to create and build their perfect slider! This can be served buffet style complete catering drop-off or for bigger events can be the perfect go to for a full service BBQ Pop-Up providing a tasty plate for your guests to purchase on site.
Nachos
The signature Cali Tri-Tip Nachos with all the fixin's are a crowd pleaser!! Nachos include your choice of meat Tri-Tip, Pulled Pork or Chopped Chicken. All nacho toppings served on the side for your party guests to build their own amazing nacho combinations. Our Toppings include Shredded Cheese, Nacho Cheese, Green Onions, Diced Tomatoes, Olives, Black Beans, Sour Cream, & Jalapenos.
Kids BBQ Platter
Some BBQ classics for our little party guests. BBQ Hamburgers and Hot Dogs are a winner every time! Served in buns ready to dress with All Condiments included on the side.
